OH NO! I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS BY MISTAKE, CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you contact us within 24 hours we can USUALLY change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.

WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPING

All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. - Most orders leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days of payment. - You will receive an email with a tracking number when your items have been shipped from the supplier.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)

You should receive your item(s) within 5-7 days.

All our products are shipped from US-based suppliers.

So if for some reason you don’t receive your order within the time frame specified in our refund policy, send us an email to Yenables@outlook.com and we’ll issue either a refund or send a free replacement. If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, but you claim to not have received it, we will offer a replacement (at our discretion, on a case to case basis).
